adjectives go in Spanish after the nouns, in the phrase "my best friend" we say "mi mejor amigo", first the adjective and then the noun.

Primero: Cuando haces una enumeración con negación, como en "I don't like either reading nor playing tenis, nor playing golf" usas conectores como "either... nor", y debes usar su correspondiente en Español "ni...ni...ni...", como en "No me gusta leer, ni ver tenis, ni jugar a tenis, ni ver golf".
Segundo: Aunque los adjetivos se ponen en Español detras de los nombres, en el sintagma "my best friend", nosotros decimos "mi mejor amigo", primero el adjetivo y luego el nombre.
